乡村振兴战略背景下写作人才培养策略  

Talent Cultivation Strategies for Writing under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘　　要：民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的一项重大战略,是关系全面建设社会主义现代化国家的全局性、历史性任务。乡村振兴需要写作人才,如何培养乡村振兴写作人才,培养什么样的乡村振兴写作人才是一个值得研究的课题。本文认为,乡村振兴写作人才培养,应着力从五个方面来开展:一是强化组织领导,抓住“关键要素”;二是加强队伍建设,夯实“核心指标”;三是加大培训力度,增强“内生动力”;四是举行擂台比武,检验“笔杆硬度”;五是实施工效挂钩,确保“提质增效”。For the rejuvenation of a nation,rural revitalization is imperative.The rural revitalization strategy is a significant initiative proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a task that is of global and historical importance for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Rural revitalization requires writing talents,and how to cultivate such talents for rural revitalization,as well as what kind of writing talents to cultivate,is a topic worth researching.This article suggests that the cultivation of writing talents for rural revitalization should focus on five aspects:first,strengthen organizational leadership and grasp the"key elements";second,enhance team building and consolidate the"core indicators";third,increase training efforts to boost"internal motivation";fourth,hold competitive events to test the"writing strength";fifth,implement a linkage between work efficiency and quality to ensure"quality improvement and efficiency enhancement".
