摘 要:以金属有机框架材料(MOFs)中的ZIF-67为模板剂,通过热解制备了具有较强偶氮染料吸附能力的MOF衍生碳材料(MDC)和氮掺杂碳材料(NDC),并使用共混复合将NDC材料引入聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜基底中对偶氮染料进行过滤截留。结合材料表征结果与模型分析,探究其染料去除的机理,获得膜材料的最佳制备条件。结果表明,NDC对亚甲基蓝(MB)的最大吸附量为185.35 mg/g,吸附符合Langmuir模型。性能随着pH和离子强度的增加而增强,对罗丹明B(RhB)和孔雀石绿(MG)也具备可观的有较大的吸附量。混合基质膜在NDC添加量为4%时,膜的过滤性能最佳,在8次循环后仍保持90%截留率。研究成功制备了一种新型负载衍生碳材料的染料过滤膜,为染料污染物的去除提供新的实践方法。Byusing ZIF-67 in the metal organic framework(MOFs)as template,the MOF derived carbons(MDC)and nitrogendoped carbon(NDC)were obtained through pyrolysis with high azo dye adsorption capacity.Then NDCs was introduced into polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane substrate to further intercept the azo dyes by filtration.With the optimization of the preparation conditions and the analysis of characterization,the mechanism of dye removal was explored and the best performance of membrane materials were demonstrated.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of NDC for methylene blue(MB)was 185.35 mg/g and the adsorptions could be fited well with Langmuir model.The performance enhanced with the increase of pH and ionic strength.Universality tests demonstrated that NDC possessed a great adsorption amount on rhodamine B(RhB)and malachite green(MG).The optimal filtration performance was achieved by the membrane with a 4%mass ratio of NDC addition,remaining 90%of the interception efficiency after 8 cycles.This study develops a new type of dye filtration membrane loaded with derivative carbon materials which provides a new practical method for the removal of dye pollutants.
