摘 要:研究以上海崇明区某河道底泥为主要原料,利用固化稳定化技术,通过正交试验分析基础固化材料的不同配比,确定最佳的固化剂基础配合比范围和外加剂添加量。以此配合比为基础研究水固比、灰渣添加量、固化剂添加量的不同配比,得出利用河道疏浚底泥制备多孔生态护岸材料的较优配比,并对材料进行性能测试和吸附磷的试验研究。试验结果表明,固化剂的基础配方为40%硅酸盐熟料,30%矿渣粉,10%石膏,20%氧化铝,发泡剂添加量为固化剂总量的0.2%,聚羧酸减水剂添加量为固化剂总量的1%为最优固化剂配方;底泥多孔生态护岸材料制备的较佳工艺参数为水固比0.25,固化剂与底泥比为0.32,灰渣与底泥比为0.15。研究成果可为河道底泥原位利用建设生态护坡提供技术支撑。In this study,the sediment of Shanghai Chongming District river was used as the main raw material.By using nosintering technology,orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the different proportions of the base curing agent and determine the preferred formula of the curing agent and the amount of the admixture.This formula was used to study the ratio of water to solids,the amount of ash and curing agent added to obtain the optimum ratio of the prepared porous material of ecological revetment.The performance of the material and the experimental study of phosphorus adsorption were also studied.The basic formula of curing agent was 40%cement,30%quicklime,10%gypsum and 20%alumina.The amount of foaming agent was 0.2%of the total curing agent,and the amount of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent was 1%of the total curing agent.The better technological parameters for the preparation of sludge porous materials were water-cement ratio of 0.25,the ratio of curing agent to sediment of 0.32,and the ratio of ash to sediment of 0.15.The research results can provide technical support for in-situ utilization of riverbed sediment to construct ecological slope protection.
