摘  要:工业污水处理厂的建设是解决工业废水污染、实现水资源循环利用的关键环节。随着工业污水处理要求提升及智能化建设趋势,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的信息集成与可视化优势,在传统的设计、施工及管理模式中的研究应用日益凸显。文章以工业污水处理项目为例,结合实证研究法、专家访谈等多种研究方法,深度融合BIM技术于工业污水厂的建设管理,分析项目在设计阶段和施工阶段面临的问题与挑战,应用BIM技术在项目工艺选择、设计优化、资源调配、协同工作管理、信息化建设等方面进行了研究应用。项目实践表明,BIM技术可以弥补传统设计、施工、管理方式的不足,辅助项目信息化管理,助力污水厂高效建设和可持续运营,实现工业废水综合循环利用,保障污水零排放的目标。The construction of industrial wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)is a key link to solve industrial wastewater pollution and realise water recycling.With the requirements of industrial wastewater treatment upgrading and the trend of intlligent construction,the information integration and visualisation advantages of building information modeling(BIM)technology are becoming more and more prominent in the research and application of traditional design,construction and management modes.This paper takes industrial wastewater treatment project as an example,combines empirical research method,expert interviews and other research methods,deeply integrates BIM technology in the construction management of industrial WWTP,analyses the problems and challenges faced by the project in the design stage and the construction stage,and applies BIM technology in the project process selection,design optimization,resource deployment,collaborative work management,information technology construction and other aspects of the research and application.Project practice shows that BIM technology can make up for the shortcomings of traditional design,construction and management methods,assist in project information management,help the efficient construction and sustainable operation of the WWTP,and realise the goal of comprehensive recycling of industrial wastewater and guaranteeing the zero discharge of wastewater.
