基于精准划分溢流场次的模型法计算CSO调蓄池容积及参数选取的探讨——以某南方多雨地区为例

摘　　要：合流制溢流(CSO)调蓄池规模的确定是海绵城市建设及合流制溢流污染治理过程中的设计工作之一,相关设计规范中也提出模型法、截流倍数法、设计暴雨法等CSO调蓄池规模的计算方法,但在工程实践过程中,由于不同计算方法设计参数选取的不同,得出的CSO调蓄池容积存在较大差异,同时降雨(溢流)场次及降雨(溢流)场次控制率的计算方法未明确明示,不同参数间的对应关系难以确定。文章将以某南方多雨地区为例,基于不同降雨场次划分原则,得出降雨场次控制率与设计降雨量间的对应关系;构建水力模型,得出CSO调蓄池体积与溢流场次控制率间的对应关系;将模型法和公式法进行关联,探求不同计算方法下设计参数间的相关关系,为该地区CSO调蓄池规模的参数选取提供设计依据。The calculation for the dimension of CSO storage tank is a key point during sponge city construction and overflow pollution control.It is proposed in related standards that the dimension of CSO storage tank can be determined by modelling method or formula method.However,during engineering practice,due to various parameters selecting for each calculation method,the dimension of CSO storage tank is quite different,meanwhile,how to obtain related parameters such as overflow frequency control rate,design rainfall amount is not clear,and the corresponding relationship among different parameters is dfficult to unify.This paper takes a city in rainy southern region as an example,analyzes the corresponding relationship between rainfall control rate and design rainfall amount;analyzes the corresponding relationship between the volume of the CSO storage tank and overflow frequency control rate by hydraulic modelling.Finally,by linking model method and formula method,to obtain the relationship among design parameters in diferent calculation methods,providing a basis for selecting parameters on the dimension of CSO storage tank in the region.
