摘  要:为进一步推动区域水环境质量提升,基于污水厂现有工艺,深入挖掘工艺段潜力,缩小拓建占地,实现某县域重点环境敏感区域中小型市政污水处理厂由原来的一级A标准提升至浙江省《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB33/2169—2018)排放要求。以某县两座市政污水厂为例,倡导先优化运行,后工程措施,先原位提标,后改造新建的降本增效理念。深度剖析工艺运行、能耗、占地面积、吨水投资成本等。A污水厂一二期提标改造后化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、氨氮、总氮(TN)的平均去除率分别为93.29%、95.53%、76.73%;三期提标改造后COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN的平均去除率分别为96.05%、98.11%、73.18%。B污水厂提标改造后COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN的平均去除率分别为96.76%、96.27%、87.44%,最终两座污水厂出水水质能够稳定达到DB33/2169—2018表2排放标准。此工程案例可为其他县级水司污水厂提标改造提供借鉴与参考。To further promote the quality of the regional water environment,based on the existing process of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),this paper delves into tapping the potential of process segments and minimizes the land occupation for expansion to upgrade the municipal sewage treatment plants in key environmentally sensitive areas of a certain county from the original grade A standard to the Discharge Standard of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(DB33/2169-2018)in Zhejiang Province.Taking two municipal WWTPs in a certain county as examples,the concept of cost reduction and efficiency increase by optimizing operation before taking engineering measures,and in-situ standard upgrading before newly building and upgrading is advocated.The process operation,energy consumption,floor area,and investment cost per ton of water are deeply analyzed.The average removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)),ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen(TN)after the upgrading and reconstruction of phaseⅠand phase II of WWTP A are 93.29%,95.53%,and 76.73%,respectively.The average removal rates of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,and TN after the phaseⅡof upgrading are 96.05%,98.11%,and 73.18%,respectively.The average removal rates of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,and TN after the upgrading and renovation of WWTP B are 96.76%,96.27%,and 87.44%,respectively.Finally,the effluent quality of the two WWTPs can stably reach the DB33/21692018 of emission standards in table two.This engineering case can provide reference for the upgrading and reconstruction of WWTPs of other county-level water companies.
