摘  要:赣州市第二水厂一二期已建规模为15万m^(3)/d,三期扩建规模为10万m^(3)/d,污泥处理规模为25万m^(3)/d。原水取自章江,水源的水质满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅲ类水的要求。经处理的水质同时满足《城市供水水质标准》(CJ/T 206—2005)、《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)所规定的要求后出厂输送至用户,浑浊度不超过0.4 NTU。水厂净水工艺采用强化常规处理工艺,即通过强化混凝、强化过滤等措施来提高处理效果,同时考虑化学预处理、应急处理措施,以及预留深度处理工艺。净水过程产生的絮凝沉淀池泥水、V型滤池反冲洗废水采用分别处理的方案。污泥采用重力浓缩、机械脱水后外运处置。项目已通水运行2年,运行情况良好。文章主要介绍水厂的总体工艺设计,并通过对平面设计、水量分配、工艺设计等方面设计要点进行分析总结,为其他工程提供借鉴。The first and second phases of Ganzhou second water treatment plant(WTP)have a construction scale of 150000 m^(3)/d,the expansion scale of the third phase is 100000 m^(3)/d,and the sludge treatment scale is 250000 m^(3)/d.The raw water is taken from Zhangjiang River,and the water quality of the water source meets the requirements of class II water in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).After treatment,the water quality meets the requirements specified in the Water Quality Standards for Urban Water Supply(CJ/T 206-2005)and Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022),with a turbidity not exceeding O.4 NTU.The water treatment process of the WTP adopts reinforced conventional treatment technology,which improves treatment efficiency by measures such as enhanced coagulation and filtration,while considering chemical pretreatment,emergency treatment measures,and reserved deep treatment processes.The sludge water from the flocculation sedimentation tank and the backwash wastewater from the V-type filter generated during the water purification process are treated separately.The sludge is concentrated by gravity and mechanically dehydrated before being transported for disposal.The project has been in water operation for 2 years and is running well.This paper mainly introduces the overall process design of the WTP,analyzes and summarizes the design points in terms of plane design,water distribution,process design,etc.,providing reference for other projects.
