摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快,城镇地表径流面源污染已成为影响河道水环境质量的重要因素。通过在排水系统末端的现状排水泵站处设置初雨调蓄池,已成为控制已建城区径流污染的重要工程措施之一。文章以上海市某已建排水系统新增初雨调蓄池的设计为例,结合用地条件及周边环境,对调蓄池的建设型式、设备选型、工艺参数及运行模式等要点进行了介绍。该调蓄池设计规模为13 600 m^(3),设计有效水深为16.3 m,采用全地下式重力进水的异形钢筋混凝土调蓄池。建设用地面积为1 161.8 m^(2),调蓄池用地指标仅为0.085 m^(2)/m^(3)。调蓄池放空通过“高、低扬程搭配”的水泵提升方式,设计放空时间为24 h。除臭采用“水洗涤+离子氧+化学填料吸附”的组合工艺,设计处理风量为35 000 m^(3)/h,除臭装置放置在地下设备夹层中。针对周边复杂环境及承压水风险,采用“两墙合一”的地下连续墙及全方位高压喷射(MJS)工法桩水平隔断的工程措施。经计算,该调蓄池每年可以削减入河的雨水污染物COD_(Cr)为295.8 t,SS为236.6 t,TN为22.2 t,TP为1.8 t,具有良好的环境、社会和经济效益。此案例可为其他相同类型的工程提供一定的借鉴参考。With the acceleration of urbanization,non-point source pollution of urban surface runoff is an important factor affecting the quality of river water environment.Adding initial rainwater storage tanks at the current drainage pumping station at the end of the drainage system is one of the important engineering measures to control runoff pollution in built urban areas.The paper takes the design of initial rainwater storage tank in an existing system in Shanghai as an example,and introduces the construction type,equipment selection,process parameters,and operation mode of the initial rainwater storage tank based on the land conditions and surrounding environment.The design scale of the storage tank is 13600 m,and the effective water depth is designed to be 16.3 m,and a fully underground gravity-inlet special-shaped reinforced concrete storage tank is adopted.The construction land area is 1161.8 m^(2),and the land use index of the storage tank is only 0.085 m^(2)/m^(3).The storage tank is emptied by a"high and low head matching"pump lifting method,and the designed emptying time is 24 h.The deodorization adopts a combined process of"water washing+ion oxygen+chemical fller adsorption",with a designed air volume of 35000 m^(3)/h,and the deodorization device is placed in the underground equipment interlayer.In view of the complex surrounding environment and the risk of pressurized water,the engineering measures of"two walls in one"underground diaphragm wall and metro jet system(MJS)rotary jet pile horizontal partition are adopted.According to calculations,the storage tank can reduce the stormwater pollutant to 295.8 tons of COD_(Cr),236.6 tons of SS,22.2 tons of TN and 1.8 tons of TP per year,which have good environmental,social and economic benefits.This case can provide a certain reference for other projects of the same type.
