摘 要:环氧氯丙烷因其毒理性,是世界各国饮用水中严格控制的物质,我国现行《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)、《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)、《城市供水水质标准》(CJ/T 206—2005)均对环氧氯丙烷制定严格限值。但是目前《生活饮用水标准检验方法第8部分:有机物指标》(GB/T 5750.8—2023)(20.1)、《城镇供水水质标准检验方法》(CJ/T 141—2018)(6.21)检测方法在实际应用中存在回收率很低、有机试剂二次污染等问题,研究采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱质谱法测定地表水、地下水、生活饮用水中痕量环氧氯丙烷,方法在0.0002~0.020 mg/L线性良好,相关系数大于0.9990,方法检出限为0.000044mg/L、测定下限为0.00018 mg/L,加标回收率为73.2%~109.3%,相对标准偏差为1.38%~7.09%,均满足水中痕量环氧氯丙烷检测要求,该方法具有技术先进、灵敏度高、分析精度好、分析效率高、准确度高、无溶剂污染、易于操作的优点,很好地解决了水中痕量环氧氯丙烷检测难题,具有很强的实用性和可操作性,在保障城镇供水水质安全方面发挥重要作用。Epichlorohydrin is a strictly controlled substance in drinking water of all countries in the world because of its toxicity.Current standard method of our country Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2022),Environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002),Water quality standards for urban water supply(CJ/T 206-2005)all set strict limits for epichloronydrin.In the current national standard method and industrial standard method of Epichlorohydrin detection Standard examination methods for drinking water-Part 8:Organic indices(GB/T 5750.8-2023)(20.1),Standard of water quality examination methods for urban water supply(CJ/T 141-2018)(6.21),there are problems such as low recovery rate and secondary pollution of organic reagents.In this study,purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine trace Epichlorohydrin in surface water,groundwater and drinking water.The linearity of this method was good in the range from 0.0002 mg/L to 0.020 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9990.The detection limit of the method was 0.000044 mg/L,and the lower limit of determination was 0.00018 mg/L,the spiked recovery rate was from 73.2%to 109.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.38%~7.09%,all of which met the detection requirements of trace Epichlorohydrin in water.This method has the advantages of advanced technology,high sensitive,good analysis precision,high analysis etficiency,high accuracy,no solvent pollution and easy operation.It solves the problem of detecting trace epichlorohydrin in water very well and has strong practicability,operability,and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of urban water supply quality.
