摘  要:宁波某净化水厂现状处理规模为24万m^(3)/d。根据服务片区内处理负荷需求,需将处理规模提升至32万m^(3)/d,同时为了响应国家节能减排的号召以及再生水多用途回用水质要求,将出水水质由原先执行的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准进行扩容提标。一期工程新增1座MBBR强化生反池,一、二期二沉池后增加“高效沉淀池+滤布滤池”的深度处理组合。工程改造后水质稳定达到一级A标准,同时也达到浙江省地方标准《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB33/2169—2018)。结果表明,通过工程性改造及工艺调控优化能够提升污染物去除能力,使出水水质稳定提升,使得出水COD_(Cr)≤20 mg/L,BOD5≤2.5 mg/L,SS≤5 mg/L,氨氮≤0.5 mg/L,TP≤0.2 mg/L,TN≤12 mg/L,改造后清水耗量增加66.7%,电耗增加了13.6%。The current treatment scale of a WWTP in Ningbo is 240000 m^(3)/d.According to the treatment load demand in the service area,the treatment scale needs to be increased to 320000 m^(3)/d.At the same time,in order to respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction and the multi-purpose reuse water quality requirements of recycled water,effluent quality is upgraded expanded from the original implementation of the Discharge Standard of pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 189182002)Class B standard.In phase I of the project,an MBBR strengthened reflux tank is added,and the advanced treatment combination of"high-efficiency sedimentation tank+filter cloth filter"is added after phase I and II of the sedimentation tank.After transformation of the project,water quality has reached the Grade A standard,and also reached local standards in Zhejiang Province Discharge Standard of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(DB33/21692018).The results show that the removal capacity of pollutants can be improved through engineering transformation and process regulation and optimization,and effluent quality can be steadily improved,with effluent COD_(Cr) is less than or equal to 20 mg/L,BODs is less than or equal to 2.5 mg/L,SS is less than or equal to 5 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen is less than or equal to 0.5 mg/L,TP is less than or equal to 0.2 mg/L,TN is less than or equal to 12 mg/L,and clean water consumption increased by 66.7%after the transformation.Electricity consumption increased by 13.6%.
