摘 要:随着新经济时代的发展,建筑行业市场竞争日益激烈,企业为了与时俱进,必须不断提高自身核心竞争力,才能促进建筑企业的稳定发展。在建筑企业发展过程中,工程质量是提升竞争力的核心,也是工程项目中的重点,工程质量问题直接决定着建筑企业的长远发展,也是人们稳定生活、健康安全的基础保障。我国建筑行业为了有效控制项目质量,构建了检测体系,引进了检测技术,尤其是无损检测技术的应用,有效提升了建筑工程质量控制效果。基于此,本文论述了建筑物质量控制中常用的无损检测技术,以促进建筑行业的可持续发展。With the development of the new economic era,the market competition of the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to keep pace with The Times,enterprises must constantly improve their core competitiveness in order to promote the stable development of construction enterprises.In the process of development of construction enterprises,engineering quality is the core to enhance competitiveness,but also the focus of engineering projects,engineering quality issues directly determine the long-term development of construction enterprises,but also people's stable life,health and safety of the basic guarantee.In order to effectively control the quality of the project,our construction industry has established a testing system,introduced testing technology,especially the application of non-destructive testing technology,which can effectively improve the quality control effect of construction engineering.Based on this,this paper discusses the non-destructive testing technology commonly used in building quality control,in order to promote the sustainable development of building industry.
