摘 要:对氯苯酚(4-CP)是一种广泛应用于医药、农药和有机合成的卤代酚化合物,具有环境稳定性、生物积累性和生物毒性,对环境造成一定的污染.本研究结合高级氧化(AOPs)技术,以电活性微生物Shewanella oneidensis MR-1(MR-1)为研究对象,建立MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)体系,评价MR-1活化H_(2)O_(2)催化降解4-CP的效果并探究其机理.研究结果表明,MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)展现出较高的催化活性,对4-CP的降解率相较于非电活性菌E.coli可提高72.4%.MR-1的浓度、MR-1培养时间及H_(2)O_(2)浓度对降解率有一定影响,MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)能在p H 3.0~11.0范围内对4-CP降解效率达到60%~80%,有较宽的p H使用范围.自由基猝灭实验表明,催化过程中有羟基自由基(·OH)、单线态氧(^(1)O_(2))和超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(·))活性物质的参与.MR-1的细胞外电子转移能力及类酶活性在活化H_(2)O_(2)催化降解4-CP过程中起关键作用.4-CP在MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)作用下40 min内可实现完全矿化.本研究结果揭示了电活性菌结合AOPs技术在处理氯酚类污染物方面的潜力,为在自然环境下建立氯酚的现场处理方法提供了新的思路.4-Chlorophenol (4-CP) is a halogenated phenolic compound widely used in medicine,pesticides,and organic synthesis.It exhibits environmental stability,bioaccumulation,and biological toxicity,contributing to environmental pollution.In this study,the electroactive microorganism Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 (MR-1) was combined with advanced oxidation process (AOP) technology to establish MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)for assessing the activation of H_(2)O_(2)in MR-1 while catalyzing the degradation of 4-CP and exploring the underlying mechanism.Results indicate that MR-1 demonstrates high catalytic activity in activating H_(2)O_(2)for 4-CP degradation,achieving a degradation rate 72.4%higher than that of the nonelectroactive bacterium Escherichia coli.The concentration of MR-1,the cultivation time of MR-1,and the concentration of H_(2)O_(2)exert certain effects on the degradation rate.MR-1/H_(2)O_(2)achieved 60%–80%degradation of 4-CP at p H 3.0–11.0,indicating a wide p H applicability.The free radical quenching experiment demonstrated the involvement of hydroxyl radicals (·OH),singlet oxygen (~1O_(2)),and superoxide anions (O_(2)~·) in the catalytic process.The extracellular electron transfer ability and enzyme-like activity of MR-1 play a crucial role in activating H_(2)O_(2)for the catalytic degradation of 4-CP.Complete mineralization of 4-CP was achieved within 40 min.These findings demonstrate the potential of combining electroactive bacteria and AOP technology to treat chlorophenol contaminants,offering novel insights into the development of on-site treatment methods for chlorophenols in natural environments.
