摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的月桂酰肌氨酸钠含量的分析方法。样品经Zorbax XDB C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱,在流速1.2mL/min,检测波长为210nm的条件下进行了化妆品中月桂酰肌氨酸钠含量的分析研究。结果表明,当月桂酰肌氨酸钠的加入量在2.5~20mg/L范围内时,浓度与峰面积之间存在着显著的正比例关系,相关系数大于0.999。该方法的检出限为0.5mg/kg,加标回收率在93.6%~103.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%。该方法操作简单,测试结果准确可靠,可用于化妆品中月桂酰肌氨酸钠含量的测定。A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was developed to determine sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate(SLAS) in cosmetics.The samples were separated on a Zorbax XDB C18 column and isocratically eluted with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase.The content of SLA in cosmetics was analyzed at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min and a detection wavelength of 210 nm.The results showed that the concentration of SLAS presents a good linear relationship with peak area in the concentration range of 2.5~20 mg/L,the method has a detection limit of 0.5mg/kg and the correlation coefficient R~2>0.999.The recovery range was 93.6%~103.1%,with the relative standard deviation less than 3%.The method was simple to operate,and the test results were accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of SLAS in cosmetics.
