摘　　要：通过对机械密封的结构和工作原理进行分析,总结了导致机械密封泄漏的主要原因,包括质量问题、安装不当、操作条件变化以及机泵缺陷等。在此基础上,提出了一系列有效的处理措施,如加强验收、正确安装调试、优化操作参数以及修整机泵缺陷等,以提高机泵的运行可靠性和密封性。By analyzing the structure and working principle of mechanical seals,common factors leading to leakage were summarized,including quality problems,improper installation,changes in operating conditions,pump defects,etc.In response to these reasons,a series of effective treatment measures were proposed,such as strengthening acceptance,correcting installation and commissioning,optimizing operating parameters and repairing pump defects,to improve the operating reliability and sealing property of the pump.
