摘  要:共轭聚合物是一类含有离域π电子骨架的有机高分子材料,具有可调的吸收和发射光谱、极强的光捕获和光信号放大能力、优异的光电转换性质和良好的生物相容性等优势,在生物检测、生物成像、生物治疗和生物电子等领域显示了广阔的应用前景.本文从共轭聚合物的固有生物活性、光电特性和界面可调性出发,综述了其在皮肤修复、神经系统疾病治疗、脊髓修复、骨修复、心脏修复、血管和肝脏组织重建以及硝化蛋白修复等组织修复和再生医学领域的最新研究进展,并探讨了未来发展所面临的机遇和挑战.Conjugated polymers with delocalized π-conjugated backbones have demonstrated the superiorities including tunable absorption and emission spectra,strong light-harvest and optical signal amplification capabilities,excellent photoelectric conversion properties,as well as promising biocompatibility,enabling the intriguing applications in biosensing,bioimaging,biotherapy,and bioelectronics.Based on the multiple intrinsic bioactivities,optical and conducting characteristics,as well as modulatable interfacial properties,this review introduces the research progress of conjugated polymers in tissue repair and regenerative medicine,especially in skin wound healing,neurological disease treatment,spinal cord regeneration,bone repair,cardiac regeneration,blood vessel and liver tissue reconstruction,and the repair of nitrated proteins and/or tissues,while the opportunities and challenges of this area for future development are also discussed.
