摘　　要：玄参为我国传统大宗中药材,有悠久的应用历史,为“浙八味”品种之一。以玄参饮片为原料的中成药上百种,市场应用前景广阔。现代药理研究发现,环烯醚萜、苯丙素苷、有机酸、萜类、苯酚、黄酮为其主要活性成分,具有降血压、抗动脉粥样硬化、抑制炎症反应、抗氧化、保肝、降血糖等多种作用;且产地加工“发汗”前后对其成分含量、种类、药理效果不尽相同,本文查阅相关记载及文献,从加工方法、药理研究、化学成分、指纹图谱的建立与谱效关系对玄参展开综述,以期为玄参的药用价值、质量控制、临床合理用药提供参考。Xuanshen is a traditional bulk Chinese medicinal material in China,with a long history of application,and it is one of the va⁃rieties of"Zhejiang eight flavors".There are hundreds of kinds of Chinese patent medicines with Xuanshen decoction tablets as raw ma⁃terial,and the market application prospect is broad.Modern pharmacological studies found that terpenes,phenylpropylioside,organic acids,terpenoids,phenol and flavonoids are the main active ingredients,including blood pressure reduction,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-atherosclerosis,inflammation inhibition,antioxidant,liver protection and blood glucose effect,and in the medicinal materials,and to provide reference for medicinal price,quality control and clinical rational drug use.
