摘  要:目的:建立生活饮用水中三卤甲烷顶空气相色谱的测定方法。方法:对标准系列配制方法、顶空平衡条件进行优化和改进,确认三卤甲烷顶空气相色谱法的实验条件,并评价方法的准确度、精密度及方法检出限。结果:本方法中三卤甲烷4种组分的标准曲线相关系数均>0.999,方法检出限为0.014μg/L~0.018μg/L,加标平均回收率95.9%~108.8%,相对标准偏差1.7%~3.9%。结论:该方法简便快速、灵敏,回收率高,精密度好,适用于生活饮用水中三卤甲烷的测定。Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of trihalomethanes in drinking water.MethodsOptimize and improve the standard series preparation method and headspace equilibrium conditions,confirm the experimental conditions for trihalomethanes headspace gas chromatography,and evaluate the accuracy,precision,and detection limit of the method.ResultsIn this method,the correlation coefficients of the standard curves for the four components of trihalomethanes are>0.999,the de⁃tection limits are 0.014μg/L-0.018μg/L,the average recoveries are 95.9%-108.8%,and the relative standard deviations are 1.7%-3.9%.ConclusionThe method is simple,rapid,sensitive,with high recovery rate and good precision,suitable for the determination of tri⁃halomethanes in drinking water.
