摘　　要：肺癌在全球恶性肿瘤发病率中位列第二,是癌症死亡的首要原因。肺腺癌早期临床体征隐匿难以发现。核蛋白67(Ki-67)是与细胞增殖活跃程度相关的蛋白,对判断肿瘤的侵袭程度及预后情况具有良好的临床应用价值。Ki-67为肺腺癌免疫组化中常用的指标之一,通过无创、便捷的CT检查对Ki-67的表达进行术前预测具有重要的意义。本文对近年来肺腺癌CT征象与Ki-67表达相关性的研究进展进行综述。Lung cancer ranks second in the global incidence of malignant tumors and is the leading cause of cancer deaths.Early clinical signs of lung adenocarcinoma are insidious and difficult to detect.Nuclear protein 67(Ki-67)is a protein associated with the degree of active cell proliferation,and has good clinical value in determining the degree of tumor invasion and prognosis.Ki-67 is one of the com⁃monly used indexes in immunohistochemistry of lung adenocarcinoma,and it is of great significance to make preoperative prediction of Ki-67 expression through non-invasive and convenient CT examination.I will review the research progress on the correlation between CT signs and Ki-67 expression in lung adenocarcinoma in recent years.
