摘 要:充填节理的抗剪性能是控制岩石节理稳定性的关键。从充填节理抗剪强度和经济性角度出发,采用高炉矿渣粉代替部分水泥作为充填材料,开展水泥-矿渣粉充填节理的压剪试验,结合声发射(AE)技术,研究了水灰比和矿渣粉占比对水泥-矿渣粉充填节理的抗剪强度、AE活动特征及经济成本的影响。结果表明:水灰比和矿渣粉占比对水泥-矿渣粉充填节理的剪切力学性质有显著影响,发现其分别存在一个临界值:水灰比为0.8,矿渣粉占比为20%。随着水灰比、矿渣粉占比的增加,充填节理的AE活跃度最初趋于增强(0.7<水灰比<0.8,0<矿渣粉占比<20%),随后趋于减弱(0.8<水灰比<1.0,20%<矿渣粉占比<40%),充填节理的声发射特征与水灰比和矿渣粉对剪切力学性质的影响一致。定义了峰值剪切强度提高对应成本降低系数,该系数越大,配比效果越佳。水灰比为0.8,矿渣粉占比为20%时为最佳配比。从经济性出发,高矿渣粉占比和高水灰比下的充填节理成本更低。The shear performance of filled joints is the key to control the stability of rock joints.From the perspective of shear strength and economy of filled joints,blast furnace slag powder was used as a filling material instead of part of cement to conduct compression shear tests on cement-slag powder filled joints.Combined with acoustic emission(AE)technology,the influences of water-cement ratio and slag powder content on the shear strength,AE characteristics,and economic cost of cement-slag powder filled joints were studied.The results show that the water-cement ratio and slag powder content have significant impacts on the shear mechanical properties of cement-slag powder filled joints,and the critical values of watercement ratio and the slag powder content are 0.8and 20%,respectively.With the increase of water-cement ratio and slag powder content,the AE activity of filled joints initially tends to increase(0.7<water-cement ratio<0.8,0<slag powder content<20%),and then tends to decrease(0.8<water-cement ratio<1.0,20%<slag powder content<40%).The AE characteristics of filled joints are consistent with the influences of water-cement ratio and slag powder content on shear mechanical properties.The coefficient of cost reduction corresponding to increased shear strength was defined and the larger the coefficient,the better the proportioning effect.The optimal proportion is the water-cement ratio of 0.8and the slag powder content of 20%.From an economic perspective,the cost of filled joints is lower than that with high slag powder content and high water-cement ratio.
