摘 要:江西某锡细泥的平均锡品位为0.25%,矿物组成复杂,超细粒含量高,属复杂难选低品位锡细泥矿。对该矿物进行了矿物学研究和选矿试验,针对该矿物超细粒级含量高,含钙脉石矿物分离难的特点,确定采用离心机预富集—脱硫—浮选精选的重浮联合工艺。试验探索了离心机预富集的最佳工艺参数。先通过重选将锡细泥品位预富集到0.83%;再通过浮选脱除硫化矿;最后采用苯甲羟肟酸为捕收剂,碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃为脉石抑制剂,经一粗二精二扫工艺流程进行锡细泥精选,最终可获得含锡6.63%、回收率为52.37%的锡精矿,实现了锡资源的有效回收。The average tin grade of a certain tin fine mud in Jiangxi is 0.25%,with complex mineral composition and high content of ultrafine particles,making it a complex and refractory low-grade tin fine mud ore.Mineralogy research and beneficiation experiments were conducted on this mineral.In response to the high content of ultrafine particles in this mineral and the difficulty in separating calcium containing gangue minerals,agravity concentration and flotation combined process of pre-enrichment by centrifuge,desulfurization,and flotation selection was determined.The experiment explored the optimal process parameters for centrifuge pre-enrichment.Firstly,the tin fine mud was pre-enriched to the grade of 0.83%through gravity concentration,then sulfide ore was removed through flotation.Finally,using benzoyl hydroxamic acid as the collector,sodium carbonate as the modifier,and sodium silicate as the vein stone inhibitor,the tin fine mud was selected through one roughing,two refining,and two scanning process.A tin concentrate with a tin content of 6.63%and a recovery rate of 52.37%was obtained,achieving an effective recovery of tin resources.
