摘　　要：腹胀是指以腹部胀满不舒为主要表现的病证。多种原因导致脏腑气机运行不畅,皆可引起腹胀。本病病位在脾,与肝、胃、肠等脏腑关系密切。腹胀的发生主要与感受寒湿、湿热之邪、情志失调、体虚久病等因素有关。其基本病机为邪实阻滞或脏腑亏虚,致气机不畅,升降失司而作胀。治疗时应详辨虚实,辨证施治。以理气消胀为治疗原则,邪盛者散寒化湿、清利湿热、疏肝理气、活血化瘀、化浊解毒;正虚者温中补虚。以缓解症状、预防复发、提高生活质量为目标。Abdominal distension refers to a disease characterized mainly by abdominal distension and discomfort.Various reasons can lead to poor operation of the organs and Qi system,which can cause bloating.This disease is located in the spleen and is closely related to organs such as the liver,stomach,and intestines.The occurrence of abdominal distension is mainly related to factors such as feeling cold and dampness,dampness and heat,emotional disorders,and prolonged physical weakness.The basic pathogenesis is obstruction of pathogenic factors or deficiency of internal organs,resulting in obstruction of Qi flow,loss of regulation of elevation and contraction,and bloating.During treatment,it is necessary to carefully distinguish between deficiency and excess,and apply treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Based on the principle of regulating Qi and eliminating bloating,those with excessive evil can dispel cold and dampness,clear and promote dampness and heat,soothe the liver and regulate Qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and detoxify turbidity;those who are positive and weak should warm up and supplement their deficiency.The goal is to alleviate symptoms,prevent recurrence,and improve quality of life.
