摘　　要：鼓胀是慢性肝病患者进展至后期阶段出现的常见并发症,以腹胀如鼓,皮色苍黄,脉络暴露为主要特征。本共识阐述了鼓胀的病名沿革、病因病机、常见证候、临床治疗、疗效评定、预防调摄、转归与随访等内容,突出了临床实用性,体现了最新研究进展。Tympanites is a common complication that occurs in patients with chronic liver disease as they progress to the later stages,characterized by abdominal distension resembling a drum,a sallow complexion,and exposed blood vessels.This consensus elaborates on the evolution of the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,common syndromes,clinical treatment,efficacy assessment,prevention and management,and follow-up of tympanites,highlighting clinical practicality and reflecting the latest research progress.
