黄穗平教授治疗功能性消化不良的临床经验

摘　　要：总结黄穗平教授治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)伴失眠的临床经验以及辨证思想。黄穗平教授认为FD伴失眠多由饮食失调、情志失常、劳倦思虑过度、久病或年老体虚等引起,基本病机为脾虚气血生化乏源,阴阳失和。在辨证论治、治病求本的原则下,主要治则为补虚泻实、调和阴阳,针对病因病机,分别健脾益气、清利湿热、疏肝健脾,并在此基础上加以补心安神之药;重视脾胃在其中的重要作用,调理脾胃升降,“胃和”则“卧安”。To summarize the clinical experience and syndrome differentiation of Professor HUANG Suiping in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)with insomnia.Professor HUANG Suiping believes that FD accompanied by insomnia is mostly caused by dietary disorders,emotional and mental disorders,excessive labor and thought,prolonged illness or old age and physical weakness,etc.The basic pathogenesis is spleen deficiency,lack of Qi and blood biochemical sources,and disharmony between Yin and Yang.Under the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the main treatment principles are reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,harmonizing Yin and Yang.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis,the treatment can be categorized into reinforcing the spleen and Qi,clearing dampness and heat,soothing the liver and reinforcing the spleen.Additionally,on this basis,medications to invigorate the heart and calm the mind may be used.Pay attention to the important role of the spleen and stomach,regulate the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach.The stomach is harmonized,then the patient can rest peacefully.
