摘 要:[目的/意义]运用可及性理论,探究城市基层图书馆如何为用户提供高效便捷的公共文化服务问题。[方法/过程]利用文献调研、问卷调查、层次分析、数据分析等方法,构建城市基层图书馆服务可及性维度和评价指标分析框架并进行实证研究,提出针对性的改进路径。[结果/结论 ]城市基层图书馆服务可及性包含可知晓性、可获得性、可接近性、可接受性、可适应性等5个维度和15个评价指标,可以从强化信息对称、优化服务布局、创新服务方式、增强用户体验、强化精准服务等方面改进城市基层图书馆服务可及性。[Purpose/Significance] Based on accessibility theory,this paper investigates how urban grass-roots libraries can provide efficient and convenient public cultural services to users.[Method/Process] Through a combined approach of literature review,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,and data analysis,this article constructed an analytical framework for the service accessibility dimensions and evaluation index of urban grassroots libraries.Based on this framework,empirical research was conducted to propose targeted improvement paths.[Result/Conclusion] The accessibility of urban grass-roots libraries services includes 5 dimensions and 15 evaluation indicators,including knowability,availability,accessibility,acceptability,and adaptability.To improve accessibility,libraries should focus on strengthening information symmetry,optimizing service layout,innovating service methods,enhancing user experience,and improving the matching of service supply and user demand.
