低温诱导下葡萄枝条中激素和多胺含量变化研究

摘  要:以抗寒力差异显著的‘双红’‘公酿一号’和‘玫瑰香’葡萄为试材,采用高效液相色谱法,分析枝条中内源激素和多胺含量的变化。结果表明:内源激素、多胺与葡萄的抗寒性密切相关,在不同种类、不同阶段具有差异性。自然低温诱导下,高抗寒的‘双红’枝条ZT含量较低,诱导后期,‘双红’ZT含量约为‘公酿一号’和‘玫瑰香’的80%,即ZT含量增多不利于葡萄高抗寒性获得;高抗寒的‘双红’枝条GA_(3)含量随低温诱导逐渐增加,‘公酿一号’和‘玫瑰香’则先下降再上升;‘双红’和‘公酿一号’枝条IAA含量始终处于较低水平,低抗寒的‘玫瑰香’枝条IAA含量相对较高,诱导中前期‘玫瑰香’枝条IAA含量约为‘公酿一号’和‘双红’的10倍以上,即IAA含量增多不利于葡萄抗寒性获得;高抗寒的‘双红’枝条ABA含量低温诱导中期迅速增加,至诱导后期,约为‘公酿一号’和‘玫瑰香’的3倍,即ABA含量与葡萄高抗寒密切相关。‘双红’和‘公酿一号’内源腐胺(Putrescine,Put)含量迅速积累时期早于低抗寒的‘玫瑰香’;低温诱导后期,高抗寒‘双红’具有较高的亚精胺(Spermidine,Spd)、精胺(Spermine,Spm)含量,为‘公酿一号’和‘玫瑰香’的1.2倍以上。In this study,the contents of endogenous hormones and polyamines in the branches were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)in'Shuanghong''Gongniang No.1'and'Muscat Hamburg'grapevines,which had significant differences in cold resistance.The results showed that endogenous hormones and polyamines were closely related to the cold resistance of grapes,and there were differences in different species and stages.Under the induction of natural low temperature in the field,the ZT content of'Shuanghong'branches with high cold resistance was low,and in the later stage of induction,the ZT content was about 80%that of'Gongniang No.1'and'Muscat Hamburg',indicating the increase of ZT content was not conducive to the acquisition of high cold resistance of grapes.The GA_(3) content of'Shuanghong'branches with high cold resistance gradually increased with low temperature,while that of'Gongniang No.1'and'Muscat Hamburg'decreased first and then increased.The IAA content of'Shuanghong'and'Gongniang No.1'branches was always at a low level,while the IAA content of'Muscat Hamburg'branches with low cold tolerance was relatively high.In the middle and early stage of induction,the IAA content of the branches of'Muscat Hamburg'was about 10 times that of'Gongniang No.1'and'Shuanghong',indicating the increase of IAA content was not conducive to the acquisition of cold resistance of grapes.The ABA content of'Shuanghong'branches with high cold resistance increased rapidly in the middle stage of low temperature induction,and was about three times that of'Gongniang No.1'and'Muscat Hamburg'in the late induction stage,indicating that the ABA content was closely related to the high cold resistance of grapes.The rapid accumulation of Put content in'Shuanghong'and'Gongniang No.1'was earlier than that of'Muscat Hamburg',which was low in cold resistance.In the later stage of low temperature induction,the high cold-resistant'Shuanghong'had a higher content of Spd and Spm,which was more than 1.2 times that of'Gongniang No.1'and'Muscat Ha
