摘　　要：从社区生活圈的概念出发,针对当前社区居民对公共服务设施的需求增长和公共服务设施的设计建造缺乏弹性之间的矛盾,分析了我国社区生活圈建设存在的问题,提出统筹规划、灵活布局以及全生命周期管控的集装箱公共服务建筑设计策略。Starting from the concept of community life circles,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of community life circles in China,focusing on the contradiction between the increasing demand for public service facilities among community residents and the lack of flexibility in the design and construction of these facilities.It proposes design strategies for container-based public service buildings that emphasize integrated planning,flexible layout,and whole-life-cycle management and control.
