摘　　要：此值习近平在文艺座谈会上的讲话发表十周年之际,进一步认真学习、阐释、贯彻、践行习近平文化思想,是新时代中国文艺繁荣发展的必然途径:新时代中国文艺的创新发展不仅需要全体文艺工作者立德高之范、坚守创作初心、肩负文化使命,也需要丰富多彩的文艺作品发人民之声、连中华优秀传统文化之脉、融科技之力,全方位、多维度、复层级地切实推进新时代中国文艺创作更加突出地展现中国特色、演绎中国风格、彰显中国气派。On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Xi Jinping's speech at the Forum on Literature and Art,we further study,interpret,implement,and practice Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,which is the inevitable way to great prosperity and development of Chinese literature and art:the innovation and development of Chinese literature and art in the new era not only requires all writers and artists to be virtuous,adhere to the original intention of creation and shoulder the cultural mission,but also needs literary and artistic works to express the voice of people,connect the pulse of traditional culture,integrate the power of science and technology,and effectively promote the Chinese literary and artistic creation in the new era in an all-round,multi-dimensional and multi-level way to more prominently show Chinese characteristics,perform Chinese style and showcase Chinese ethos.
