摘　　要：在“双碳”乡村振兴战略指导下,宁夏移动、银川艾尼及北京大数据院开展“数智算赋能‘电’亮乡村”研究,提出“终端-控制-平台-应用-营销-运维”的一体化解决方案,以富宁新村为试点,构建“算力+能源”新型产业模式,打造基于能效分析、模型构建的创新产品,在为农户生活提质增效的同时,打造碳交易、微电网、虚拟电厂等基础能力。Under the guidance of the"dual carbon"rural revitalization strategy,Ningxia Mobile,Yinchuan Aini,and Beijing Big Data Institute have carried out research on"empowering rural areas with digital and intelligent computing",proposing an integrated so-lution of"terminal control platform application marketing operation and maintenance".Taking Funing New Village as a pilot,a new in-dustrial model of"computing power+energy"has been constructed,and innovative products based on energy efficiency analysis and model construction have been created to improve the quality and efficiency of farmers'lives,while also building basic capabilities such as carbon trading,microgrids,and virtual power plants.
