摘　　要：动物园公交枢纽站装修改造工程消防工程,是北京市政府为实现非首都核心功能区疏解而打造的城市更新标志性重点工程。该工程位于西二环动物园公交枢纽站上方(原动物园服装批发市场),在此笔者对此项目的消防报警及联动系统、消防广播系统、防火门监控系统、电气火灾监控系统、消防电源监控系统等深化设计、线缆敷设、供应及安装、系统调试、系统验收更新改造工程进行重点阐述。基于此项目的技术难点逐一解决的实际经验,借以在此后的城市更新项目消防电气相关专业中积累宝贵的经验。The renovation and fire protection project of the Zoo Bus Hub Station is a landmark key urban renewal project created by the Beijing Municipal Government to achieve the evacuation of non capital core functional areas.The project is located above the West Second Ring Zoo Bus Hub Station(formerly the Zoo Clothing Wholesale Market).Here,the author focuses on thedetailed design,cable laying,supply and installation,system debugging,system acceptance andrenovation of the fire alarm and linkage system,fire broadcasting system,fire door monitoring system,electrical fire monitoring system,fire power monitoring system,etc.for this project.Based on the practical experience of solving the technical difficulties of this project one by one,valuable experience can be accumulated in the field of fire protection electricity related to urban renewal projects in thefuture.
