摘 要:本研究针对绿色装配式建筑施工现场监理技术进行深入分析,探讨其与传统建筑监理的差异性以及面临的特殊挑战。通过案例研究,本文详细阐述了预制构件质量验收、施工过程动态监控、以及工程变更与绿色优化等关键技术要点的应用。研究结果表明,利用BIM技术、RFID及信息化监控系统等现代科技手段,能够有效提高监理质量和效率,同时加强绿色建造理念在施工监理中的贯彻执行。This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the on-site supervision technology for green prefabricated building construction,exploring its differences from traditional building supervision and the special challenges it faces.Through case studies,this article elaborates in detail on the application of key technical points such as quality acceptance of prefabricated components,dynamic monitoring of construction processes,and engineering changes and green optimization.The research results indicate that the use of modern technological means such as BIM technology,RFID,and information monitoring systems can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of supervision,while strengthening the implementation of green construction concepts in construction supervision.
