摘　　要：为解决基层自然资源工作人员在现场实地审批流程环节中,涉及的自然资源数据的计算复杂、工作量大的问题,文章从系统总体框架设计、关键技术、功能实现与应用效果等方面进行研究,阐述利用GIS关键技术、大矢量加载等技术设计基于移动GIS的自然资源移动应用系统,该系统不仅能满足基本的野外调查需求,更能为基层工作人员在现场处理业务,提供更科学的数据分析能力,为业务科学管理、科学决策提供强大和更直观的数据支撑。To solve the basic natural field in approval process link staff at the scene,involving the natural resources of the data of the problem of large computational complexity,effort,the land mobile application based on mobile GIS system,not only can satisfy the need of basic field in-vestigation,and more for grass-roots staff at the scene processing business,providing a more sci-cntific data analysis ability,it provides powerful and more intuitive data support for business sci-entific management and scientific decision-making.The system has been widely used in Shaoy-ang County,Longhui County and other areas,and has achieved a good response.
