摘 要:移动通信基站规划是一个综合复杂的系统问题,特别是通信基础设施提供商需统筹考虑三家运营商不同的制式和频段要求,满足全量基站的覆盖要求和用户体验。该规划方法的主要目标是以低成本、高可靠性、高质量覆盖目标区域,通过5G需求分析,从基站选址、建设原则和站间距三个方面确定了宏站和微站设置原则,使用路测报告规划法、投诉工单规划法、流量和话务热点区域规划法,分场景和网格进行站点规划,经过系统仿真调整后得到规划成果。The planning of mobile communication base stations is a comprehensive and complex system problem,especially for communication infrastructure providers who nced to consider the different standards and frequency band requirements of the three operators in a coordinated manncr,in order to meet thec coverage requirements and uscr cxpericnce of the full numbcr of base stations.The main goal of this planning method is to cover the target area with low cost,high reliability,and high quality.Through 5G demand analysis,the macro and micro station set-ting principles are determined from three aspects:base station location,construction principles,and station spacing.The planning methods include road test report planning,complaint work or-der planning,and traffic and call hotspot area planning.The site planning is carried out by sce-nario and grid,and the planning results are obtained after system simulation adjustment.
