摘　　要：为适应新工科建设对工程训练人才培养提出的新要求,对工程训练协同育人模式进行了研究。首先分析了工程训练存在的问题,其次针对这些问题从构建协同育人生态系统、打通工程训练专业限制和促进校企合作三个维度探索协同育人的实施途径,最后指出工程训练协同育人模式可为新工科人才培养目标的实现提供坚实基础。In order to meet the new requirements of the emerging engineering education disciplines for the cultivation of engineering training talents,a collaborative education mode for engineering training was studied.Firstly,the problems in engineering training were analyzed,and then the implementation approaches for collaborative education were explored from three dimensions to building a collaborative education ecosystem,overcoming professional limitations in engineering training,and promoting school enterprise cooperation.Finally,it is pointed out that the collaborative education mode of engineering training can provide a solid foundation for achieving the goal of cultivating new engineering talents.
