摘　　要：为了满足新时代高校人才培养工作的新形势新要求,山东农业大学电工电子实验教学中心以“虚实结合、相互补充、能实不虚、层次递进”的实践教学体系和模式为指导,以实践育人为宗旨,以提高科学素养和创新实践能力为目标,通过优化人才培养方案、改革实践教学模式、完善考评体系、强化实践师资队伍建设等方式,构建了面向学生创新实践能力培养的电工电子类实践教学体系。实践表明,该体系突出了学生在学习和实践中的主体地位,在基础工程、综合实践和创新研究等方面的能力得到全方位提升。In order to meet the new situation and new requirements of talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era,the electrical and electronic experiment teaching center of Shandong Agricultural University,guided by the practical teaching principles of"combining the virtual with the real,complementing each other,being able to be practical without being virtual,and advancing in levels",takes practical education as the purpose,and aims to improve scientific literacy and innovative practical ability,through optimizing talent cultivation programs,reforming practical teaching models,improving the evaluation system by strengthening the construction of practical teaching staff and other means,a practical teaching system for electrical and electronic engineering has been established to cultivate students'innovative practical abilities.Practice has shown that this practical teaching system highlights students'dominant position in learning and practice,and their abilities in basic engineering,comprehensive practice,and innovative research have been comprehensively improved.
