摘　　要：本文介绍了C.I.活性蓝160的工艺流程以及甲(月朁)色基的分析方法(UV)。将对苯二胺双磺酸溶解后与三聚氯氰一次缩合,再与甲(月朁)色基进行二次缩合,最后与间氨基苯磺酸三次缩合,经盐析、过滤后直接干燥得C.I.活性蓝160原粉。Synthesis process of C.I.Reactive Blue 160 was introduced,and the formazan compound used in the reaction was analyzed by UV.Dissolved p-phenylenediamine-2,5-disulfonic acid reacted with cyanuric chloride by condensation,then reacted with formazan compound by second condensation,and finally reacted with m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid by third condensation.Crude powder of C.I.Reactive Blue 160 was obtained by salting out,filtration and direct drying.
