摘　　要：本文研究了活性蓝SPR的一锅法合成工艺。以H酸为起始原料,与三聚氯氰一次缩合后,与氨基C酸重氮盐进行偶合,再与氨水和邻甲基苯胺二次缩合,最后以双氧水、硫酸铜氧化铜络,经喷雾干燥得到活性蓝SPR染料。经过测试,得到的染料性能与对照样品相同,可用于活性染料高档印花。One-pot synthesis process of Reactive Blue SPR was studied.H-Acid condensed with cyanuric chloride,then coupled with diazotized 3-aminonaphthalene-1,5-disulfonic acid;the product reacted with ammonia and o-toluidine by second condensation,and the second condensed compound reacted with hydrogen peroxide and copper sulfate by complexation.Reactive Blue SPR was obtained from the complex product by spray drying.The performances of Reactive Blue SPR were compared with that of blank dye,results showed the product could met requirements of high-end reactive dye printing.
