摘　　要：采用低碱型DRA活性染料对棉织物进行低碱染色,探讨了元明粉用量、纯碱用量、染色温度、染色时间、浴比等对织物表观K/S值的影响;总结出低碱活性染料染色最佳工艺:染色深度为2.0%(o.w.f.)、纯碱5 g/L、元明粉60 g/L、60℃固色60 min、浴比1∶10。与活性染料常规三原色拼色组合上染率、牢度、染色成本等进行了对比,结果表明,低碱型活性染料染色上染率更高、残液COD更低,染色牢度基本相似,染色综合成本更低。Low alkali DRA reactive dyes were used to dye cotton fabrics,and the effects of the amount of sodium sulfate,the amount of sodium carbonate,the dyeing temperature,the dyeing time and the bath ratio on the K/S value of the fabric were studied.The optimal dyeing process for low-alkali active dyes was summarized as follows:dyeing depth 2.0%(o.w.f.),sodium carbonate 5 g/L,sodium sulfate 60 g/L,fixation at 60℃for 60 minutes,and a bath ratio of 1∶10.The dyeing rate,fastness and dyeing cost were compared with that of conventional tri-color combination of reactive dyes.The results showed that DRA reactive dyes have higher dyeing rates,lower COD in wastewater,similar fastness and lower cost of dyeing.
