摘  要:本文以提升产物收率为目标,通过对反应温度、溶剂种类及用量、碱的种类及用量、甲基化试剂种类及用量等因素进行筛选,对L-组氨酸甜菜碱合成工艺进行了探索,并通过液相色谱、核磁共振等方法对产物含量和结构进行了分析与鉴定。优化后的工艺条件为:反应温度25℃,溶剂选用乙醇200 mL,碱选用氨水9当量,甲基化试剂选用碳酸二甲酯2.5当量;在此条件下,产物收率达到98%,纯度达到99%。The synthesis process of L-Hercynine was explored and optimized.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by studying factors such as reaction temperature,type and amount of solvent,type and amount of base,type and amount of methylation reagent.For the product,the content was analyzed by liquid chromatography and the structure was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance.The optimum conditions were reaction temperature 25℃,200 mL ethanol as solvent,9 equivalents ammonia as base,2.5 equivalents dimethyl carbonate as methylation reagent.In the conditions,yield was 98%,purity was 99%.
