摘　　要：精确利用各种颜料制备出综合性能优异、颜色绚丽多彩的水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。重点针对其色差精准度、遮盖力强弱、储存稳定性、耐理化性等进行研究测试。通过颜料的合理选用与搭配,满足了水性双组分聚氨酯涂料在实际应用中的颜色多样化需求,保障了各色产品均能达到相应的技术指标。为绿色环保的水性双组分聚氨酯涂料在轨道交通、工程机械等领域的应用提供了更多的数据支持与改进方向。A waterborne two pack polyurethane coating with excellent comprehensive performances and colorful colors were accurately prepared by using various pigments.The research focus on tests of their color difference accuracy,hiding power,storage stability,physical and chemical resistance,etc.Through the reasonable selection and matching of pigments,the requirements of color diversification of waterborne two pack polyurethane coatings in practical application were met,and all color products could meet the corresponding technical criteria.More data support and improvement direction were provided for the application of eco-friendly waterborne two pack polyurethane coatings in rail transit,construction machinery and other fields.
