摘  要:针对染料中间体对位酯生产过程中的含二氧化硫副产盐酸进行了脱硫技术的深入研究。通过采用鼓泡脱硫技术,考察了脱硫温度、真空度、搅拌转速、鼓泡时间等因素对二氧化硫去除效果的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,在脱硫温度25~30℃、真空度4000~5000 Pa、鼓泡时间4 h的条件下,副产盐酸中二氧化硫的去除率可达到98.5%以上,同时盐酸中氯化氢含量下降3%。本研究提高了副产盐酸的品质,还为其在多个领域的综合利用提供了可能。The desulfurization technology of sulfur dioxide in byproduct hydrochloric acid came from production process of dye intermediates para-ester was studied intensively.With bubbling desulfurization technology,the desulfurization temperature,vacuum degree,stirring speed and bubbling time on the removal effect were investigated,and the optimum process conditions were determined.The results showed that in the conditions of desulfurization temperature 25~30℃,vacuum degree 4000~5000 Pa and bubble time 4 h,the removal rate of sulfur dioxide in byproduct hydrochloric acid could over 98.5%,and the content of hydrogen chloride in hydrochloric acid decreased by 3%.The study improved the quality of the byproduct hydrochloric acid,as well as provides the possibility for its comprehensive utilization in more fields.
