摘　　要：城镇化建设进入成熟阶段后,城市更新已成为城市规划设计的主要工作场景,盘活城市空间,重塑区域活力也已是当前城市治理发展中的重要任务。人民城市理念的提出,点明了城市更新过程中公众参与的必要性。当前城市更新工作中的公众意识收集渠道不足,参与体系不完善等问题,制约了人民城市的建设落实。如何更科学地反馈公众意识,更快捷地定位城市空间问题,成为影响城市更新效率的关键。贝叶斯网络作为反映一系列变量和变量之间的条件相关性的概率图模型,已被广泛应用于各类诊断工作,将贝叶斯网络技术引入城市设计,可以精确关联公众对空间的感受与规划设计体系中的关键参数,精准定位城市空间问题,实现将公众的自然语义转化为可直接指导空间落位的设计语义。构建了一种基于贝叶斯网络技术的城市空间问题分析、诊断和反馈工具,试图为空间品质与公众意识搭建反馈渠道,为城市更新设计实务提供参与式设计的辅助工具。After urbanization has entered a mature stage,urban renewal has become the main work scene of urban planning and design,and revitalizing urban space and reshaping regional vitality have also become important tasks in the current urban governance and development.The people's city concept points out the necessity of public participation in the process of urban renewal.At present,the lack of public awareness collection channels and imperfect participation system in the work of urban renewal have restricted the implementation of the construction of people's cities.How to feedback public awareness more scientifically and locate urban space problems more quickly has become the key to affecting the efficiency of urban renewal.Bayesian network technology can be accurately related to the public's perception of space and the key parameters in the planning and design system,accurately locate urban space problems,and realize the transformation of the public's natural semantics into design semantics that can directly guide the placement of space.This paper constructs an analysis,diagnosis and feedback tool for urban space problems based on Bayesian network technology,trying to build a feedback channel for spatial quality and public awareness,and provide auxiliary tools for participatory design for urban renewal design practice.
