β-catenin、MMP-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法抽取平顶山市第二人民医院收治的112例NSCLC患者,应用免疫组化(SP)法检测肺癌组织标本与正常肺组织标本的阳性表达情况,分为肺癌组与癌旁组。结果肺癌组β-catenin、MMP-2阳性表达率高于癌旁组(P<0.05);肺癌组中,肿瘤直径≥5cm者的MMP-2阳性表达率高于肿瘤直径<5cm者(P<0.05),腺癌患者β-catenin、MMP-2阳性表达率高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05),Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者β-catenin、MMP-2阳性表达率高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者,低分化患者β-catenin、MMP-2阳性表达率高于中+高分化患者(P<0.05),淋巴结转移患者β-catenin、MMP-2阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。结论β-catenin、MMP-2参与NSCLC的发生、发展、浸润和转移,可作为NSCLC患者早期诊断的重要指标。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance ofβ-catenin and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 112 patients with NSCLC admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City were selected to detect the positive expression of lung cancer tissue samples and normal lung tissue samples by immunohistochemical(SP)method,and divided into lung cancer group and paracancer group.Results The positive expression rates ofβ-catenin and MMP-2 in lung cancer group were higher than those in paracancer group(P<0.05).In lung cancer group,the positive expression rate of MMP-2 in patients with tumor diameter≥5cm was higher than that in patients with tumor diameter<5cm(P<0.05),the positive expression rate ofβ-catenin and MMP-2 in patients with adenocarcinoma was higher than that in patients with squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate ofβ-catenin and MMP-2 in patients with stageⅢ+Ⅳwas higher than that in patients with stageⅠ+Ⅱ.The positive expression rates ofβ-catenin and MMP-2 in poorly differentiated patients were higher than those in medium+highly differentiated patients(P<0.05),and the positive expression rates ofβ-catenin and MMP-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusionβ-catenin and MMP-2 are involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC,and can be used as an important indicator for the early diagnosis of NSCLC patients.
