摘 要:环境污染问题对生态环境和人类的生存及健康构成了严重威胁,已成为全人类广泛关注的焦点之一。发展简单、准确、灵敏的环境污染物检测技术对于保护生态环境、维护生命健康具有重要意义。光电化学(PEC)生物传感器结合了发光分析的高灵敏度、电化学的高可控性及生物传感技术的高特异性,具有构造简单、稳定性好、背景信号低、灵敏度高、特异性强等优势,已成为检测环境污染物的一种重要分析方法。该文主要介绍了PEC生物传感器在各种环境污染物检测方面的应用,并对用于环境污染物检测的PEC分析技术的发展作出了展望。The issue of environmental pollution poses a serious threat to the ecological environment,human survival and health,which has become one of the focuses of widespread concern for all mankind.It is of great significance for protecting the ecological environment and maintaining life and health to develop simple,accurate and sensitive environmental pollutant detection technologies.Photoelectrochemical(PEC)biosensors combining the high sensitivity of luminescence analysis,high controllability of electrochemistry and high specificity of biosensing technology possess the advantages of simple structure,good stability,low background signal,high sensitivity and strong specificity,which have become an important analytical method for detecting environmental pollutants.This paper reviews the application of PEC biosensors in various environmental pollutants detection and prospects the development of PEC analysis technology for the detection of environmental pollutants.
