摘　　要：洛奇批判地继承了西方疾病文学观照现实的传统,其小说中的疾病书写别具一格。他以平实的叙事视角考察各种疾病类型和疾病人群,勾勒出当代西方社会的疾病群像,以疾病的普遍性映射个体生存困境的常态化;以反讽的叙事手法颠覆传统疾病叙事的悲观话语,在体认患病人物生存困境的基础上传递温情与适度的希望;以流动的治疗空间呈现治疗效果的不确定性,展现了个体之疾与社会之疾的多维互动,彰显了洛奇具有辩证色彩的疾病治疗观。Lodge critically inherits the tradition of reflecting the reality in Western literature′s illness writing,and the depiction of diseases in his novels is unique.Lodge first uses the plain narrative perspective to examine diseases and patients of all kinds,with an aim to present a collective portrait of illness in contemporary Western society.The pervasiveness of illness is used to show the struggle for survival facing ordinary individuals.He then uses irony narratives to dissolve the pessimism of traditional illness narratives,conveying messages of warmth and moderate hope while relating to the predicaments of diseased characters.An uncertainty in treatment outcomes represented in fluid therapeutic space is also a strong tendency in Lodge′s illness writing,showing a multi-dimensional interaction between individual diseases and social diseases,thus reflecting Lodge′s dialectical awareness of therapy.
