摘 要:通过多维度优化措施改善玉米免耕播种机振动性能,提升播种质量和设备耐用性。研究分析了播种机结构及其对振动的影响,并采用结构优化、材料选择、控制系统调整和作业参数优化等策略,降低振动幅度、提高减振效果。研究结果表明,优化后垂直、横向和纵向振动加速度平均值分别降低50%、43%和45%,播种深度标准差减小50%,种子破损率降低25%,关键部件磨损减少约30%。多维优化有效提升了播种机作业性能,预计3年内可回收初期投入,具有较高经济效益。The vibration characteristics of corn no-tillage seeders was improved through through multidimensional optimization measures,so as to enhance sowing quality and equipment durability.The structure of the seeder and its impact on vibration were analyzed,optimization strategies such as structural optimization,material selection,control system adjustment and operation parameter optimization were adopted to reduce vibration amplitude and improve shock absorption effect.The research results showed that after optimization,the average vertical,lateral and longitudinal vibration accelerations were reduced by 50%,43%,and 45%,respectively.The standard deviation of sowing depth was reduced by 50%,the seed damage rate was reduced by 25%,and the wear of key components was reduced by about 30%.Multidimensional optimization had effectively improved operation performance of the sowing machine and was expected to recover initial investment within 3 years,which had high economic benefits.
