摘　　要：深圳作为改革开放前沿城市、全国第一个获得“生态文明建设示范市”称号的副省级城市和全国首批碳达峰试点城市,始终坚持绿水青山就是金山银山发展理念,将绿色低碳理念融入城市发展血脉,以技术创新驱动绿色低碳转型升级,以制度创新激发绿色低碳发展活力,以实践创新探索绿色低碳发展路径,全面推广清洁能源、低碳产业和绿色生活,打造人与自然和谐共生的美丽中国典范。As a frontier city of China's reform and opening up,Shenzhen is the first sub-provincial city to earn the title of"National Demonstration City of Ecological Conservation"and a pilot city to peak carbon emission ahead of other Chinese cities.Shenzhen,with an abiding belief that"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",has integrated green and low-carbon philosophies into its urban development projects,driving transformation through technological innovation.Through institutional reforms and innovative practices,it has explored pathways to green and low-carbon development,unleashing vitality.The city,which enjoys a harmonious man-nature coexistence,has become a role model in the"Beautiful China"campaign,as it promotes clean energy,low-carbon industries,and a green living style.
