摘　　要：福建省三明市充分发挥全国集体林权制度改革策源地和“两山”理论孕育地、实践地的资源优势,创新探索实施林业碳票制度,深入探索解决林业生态产品价值实现机制难度量、难抵押、难交易、难变现等问题,促进生态优势转化为发展优势,以“绿水青山”焕活“金山银山”,将“美好愿景”化为“幸福实景”。Sanming,Fujian Province has leveraged its resources as the birthplace of the reform in national collective forest rights and the pilot place of President Xi's"green is gold"theory.The city has innovatively explored a"carbon ticket"(forest carbon sink)system to tap the value of ecological products and tackle collateralization,transaction,and monetization challenges in trading such products.This system helps to transform ecological advantages into developmental strengths,turn green mountains into mountains of gold and translate a beautiful vision into a joyous reality.
