董杰教授应用调补冲任法针药结合治疗绝经前后诸证经验

摘　　要：介绍董杰教授应用调补冲任法针药结合治疗绝经前后诸证经验。绝经前后诸证为临床上的常见病和多发病,且发病时间持续较长,给女性的身心都造成了较大的影响。绝经前后诸证的主要病机在于肾精亏虚,天癸耗竭,冲任失调,累及心、肝、脾等多脏,痰瘀互结亦可致病。董杰教授认为本病在临床上多见于肾虚肝郁证,治疗上以调补冲任法为大纲,补肾疏肝为大法,针药结合,内外调治,使肾精充足,任通冲盛,气机调畅,阴阳交通,同时强调心理调摄,临床上每获良效。This paper introduces Professor Dong Jie's experience in treating various pre-menopausal syndromes with regulating,replenishing,Chong and Ren methods and combining acupuncture and medicine.Pre-menopausal syndromes are common and frequently occurring diseases in clinical practice,and the onset time lasts for a long time,which has a great impact on women's body and mind.The main pathogenesis of all syndromes before and after menopause is deficiency of kidney essence,exhaustion of Tiangui,imbalance of Chong and Ren,involving heart,liver,spleen and other organs,and mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis can also cause disease.Professor Dong Jie believes that this disease is more common in clinical practice with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome.In treatment,the method of regulating and replenishing Chong and Ren is the outline,and the method of nourishing the kidney and soothing liver is the main method.Acupuncture and medicine are combined,and internal and external adjustment are used to ensure that the kidney essence is sufficient,the body is used to facilitate the rush,and the qi is adjusted smoothly,and yin and yang communicate.At the same time,psychological adjustment is emphasized,and good results are achieved in clinical practice.
