镇肝熄风汤治疗高血压的临床应用现状

摘　　要：高血压是以体循环动脉血压增高为主要特征的心血管综合征,严重影响人体健康和生活质量。目前中医药以其多靶点、多途径治疗优势在高血压防治方面备受关注。镇肝熄风汤具有镇肝熄风,滋阴潜阳之功效。镇肝熄风汤对高血压具有较好疗效,其作用机制可能与调节肠道菌群、调控胃肠激素、阻断肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、抑制血管重构及改善胰岛素抵抗有关。本文对近年来镇肝熄风汤治疗高血压的相关研究进行系统综述,以期为本方的进一步应用和后续相关研究提供参考。Hypertension is a cardiovascular syndrome characterized by increased systemic arterial blood pressure,which seriously affects human health and quality of life.At present,Chinese medicine has attracted much attention in the prevention and treatment of hypertension due to its multi-target and multi-pathway treatment advantages.Zhengan Xifeng decoction which has the effects of calming the liver and extinguishing wind,nourishing yin and suppressing yang.Zhengan Xifeng decoction has a good effect on hypertension,and its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of intestinal flora,modulation of gastrointestinal hormones,blockade of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,inhibition of vascular remodeling,and improvement of insulin resistance.This paper systematically reviews the relevant research on Zhengan Xifeng decoction for the treatment of hypertension in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the further application of this prescription and subsequent related research.
