摘　　要：循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)在结直肠癌(CCRC)的诊疗中正逐渐成为一项关键技术。ctDNA作为液体活检的生物标志物,其能够提供肿瘤的遗传信息,包括突变、甲基化等,对早期诊断、治疗效果监测和预后评估具有重要价值。本文综述了ctDNA在CRC早期筛查诊断、微小残留病灶监测、治疗监测和预后评估中的研究现状。Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)is emerging as a pivotal technology in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of colorectal cancer(CRC).Serving as a liquid biopsy biomarker,ctDNA offers genetic insights into tumors,encompassing mutations,methylation patterns,and more,thereby holding significant promise for early detection,treatment response monitoring,and prognostic evaluation.This review comprehensively outlines the research strides in ctDNA pertaining to CRC,encompassing early-stage screening and diagnosis,minimal residual disease surveillance,treatment response tracking and prognostic status.
